Welcome to HomeHealthCaring (the “Website”). HomeHealthCaring is owned by Tractate LLC and provides this Website and Services (located at https://homehealthcaring.org/) to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in these terms (the “Terms of Use”). In addition, when you use any of our Services, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference. These Terms of Use are effective as of July 10, 2023.Your eligibility for use of the Website is contingent upon meeting the following conditions:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, and you will use the Website and Services according to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. Our site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older.

  • Falsely imply that you are affiliated with or endorsed by HomeHealthCaring and/or Tractate LLC.
  • Hyperlink to images or other non-hypertext content on the Website.
  • Remove any marks showing proprietary ownership from materials you download from the forum.
  • Show any part of the Website on other websites with <iframe> without explicit permission.
  • Disable, avoid, or circumvent any security or access restrictions of the forum.
  • Strain the infrastructure of the forum with an unreasonable volume of requests, or requests designed to impose an unreasonable load on information systems

Content Standards

We want to hear from you and share your patient stories and experiences with other caregivers in the community. However, you may not:
Submit content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful to others. This includes content that is harassing, inappropriate, or abusive.

  • Submit content that violates the law, infringes on anyone’s intellectual property rights, violates anyone’s privacy, or breaches agreements you have with others.
  • Submit content containing malicious computer code, such as computer viruses or spyware.
  • Submit content as a mere placeholder, to hold a particular address, username, or other unique identifier.
  • Use the forum to disclose information that you don’t have the right to disclose, like others’ confidential or personal information.
Enforcement

The company may investigate and prosecute violations of these terms to the fullest legal extent. The company may notify and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting violations of the law and these terms. The company reserves the right to change, redact, and delete content on the forum for any reason. If you believe someone has submitted content to the forum in violation of these terms, contact us immediately.
