Dr Nachnani has been practicing internal medicine since 2004 and is a graduate of the Synergy Medical Education Alliance /Michigan State University in Saginaw Michigan. He has two active practices in Gallatin,TN- one is a traditional fee for service model and the other is a value based practice with Cigna corp. Dr Nachnani was chief of staff at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN and is currently a ACO board member with Ascension Health.
He lives in Nashville with his wife who is a rheumatologist with St Thomas Medical Group. They have 3 teenage children. He loves to play tennis and adventure sports. Dr Nachnani is our medical advisor and provides guidance on best practices in patient care at home.
